RETURNS
We’re happy to accept returns under the following conditions:
- All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our shipping error or verified defective merchandise.
- You may return any product within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be new, unopened, unused, with all original tags and packaging. Products must be in resalable condition, exactly as they were shipped to you.
- Used items cannot be returned.
- Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product to confirm it is in resalable condition. If approved, we will issue a refund for the product cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
- If the item is damaged during return transit, we cannot accept it. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance when sending a return.
- Refunds are issued only after the merchandise has been received and restocked.
If you need to make a return, please email us at info@vestababy.com. After our Customer Care Team provides you with an RMA number, we’ll send you the correct warehouse address. Please do not ship any returns without an RMA number, and be sure to save your return tracking number.
