We will accept returns subject to:
- Items must be returned in new condition, unopened, with tags and the original packaging. The product must be resalable and in the same condition that it was sent to you.
- Used items are not returnable.
- Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect the package and product to ensure that it is in resalable condition. Assuming that we can resell the item, we will refund the product cost only (no shipping will be refunded).
- You can return any product within 30 days of purchase.
- All shipping charges being paid by the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective (verifiable) merchandise.
- If an item is damaged in transit from you back to us, then this is your responsibility and the item will not be allowed to be returned. You should consider purchasing insurance before you ship an item to us.
- Credit is not given until merchandise returned to stock.
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and outbound freight.
- We do not accept returns for any customized products.
If you need to make a return please send us an e-mail to email@example.com. After receiving an RMA from our Customer Care Team, we will email you the address of the warehouse with an RA number. Please don’t send us a package without an RA number and save your tracking number for your return.
