MAM and Soothie pacifiers: Vesta Baby clip attachment guide

This 53-second video shows a Vesta Baby holder being connected to a pink MAM pacifier and a green Soothie pacifier. The two demonstrations use the flexible white connector at the pacifier end of the holder. The clothing clip stays at the opposite end.

Find the demonstration for your pacifier

For the pink MAM pacifier shown, watch approximately 0:05 to 0:25. Pause where the demonstrator handles the white connector beside the pacifier shield, then watch through to the completed connection. The opening shot also shows a separate ring-shaped adapter beside the pacifiers.

For the green Soothie pacifier, watch approximately 0:30 to 0:50. In the close-ups around 0:35 to 0:45, the demonstrator feeds the flexible white end through an opening in the shield and fastens the connector. Pause the video to compare the shape of that end with the connector in your own set.

Match the hardware before attaching anything

This is an older demonstration of particular products. Pacifier names alone do not establish that the model you own has the same attachment point. Check the holder instructions and the pacifier manufacturer’s guidance before following the sequence.

If your connector, adapter or pacifier shield differs from the one shown, stop and confirm the correct method for your combination. Do not cut a new opening, add cord or improvise a longer connection. Keep loose adapters and other small parts away from your child while checking the setup.

Check the use instructions as well as the connection

A completed attachment in a video does not show every condition for safe use. Follow the supplied inspection and cleaning instructions, and stop using damaged components.

Remove the holder before sleep. The American Academy of Pediatrics advises against attaching a pacifier to a baby’s clothing when sleeping or hanging one around the neck.
